Description / Abstract:
Equipment covered by this specification is intended for fiber
optic repair and installation in the natural and controlled
environments worldwide in which aerospace platforms are operated
(on a continuous or intermittent basis for extended periods of
time), either stored or transported or both. The extent of the
equipment's penetration into the aerospace environment is to some
extent limited by its nature. Where needs supersede requirements,
this specification can be referenced in part.
