Description / Abstract:
Form
This specification covers a corrosion and heat-resistant nickel
alloy in the form of investment castings.
Application
These castings have been used typically for parts, such as
turbine vanes and shroud segments, requiring oxidation resistance
up to 2200 °F (1204 °C) and relatively high strength up to 1500 °F
(816 °C), but usage is not limited to such applications.
