Purpose:
This SAE Aerospace Recommended Practice (ARP) establishes the procedure for creating titles of G-3 Committee documents which will be published by the SAE Aerospace Organization. This standardization will avoid several different names describing the same item and will improve alphabetical listings of documents by subject.
Documents for Compliance:
The following SAE documents prepared by the G-3 Committee shall comply with this document for the creation of titles:
a. Aerospace Information Report (AIR)
b. Aerospace Recommended Practice (ARP)
c. Aerospace Standards (AS)
d. Metric Aerospace Standards (MA)
e. Metric Aerospace Practices (MAP)
