Description / Abstract:
The air relief valves covered by this specification are intended for use in shipping containers as a protective device against excessive internal pressure or vacuum resulting from air lift or extreme temperature changes. Type I and II valves are intended to be used in sets of one of each type where a separation of the pressure and vacuum relief ports may be desirable.
