Description / Abstract: The hose assemblies covered by this document are intended for use in aeronautical applications to convey air and gases in pneumatic systems, bleed air systems, heating and ventilating systems, and instrument air systems when used at pressures and internal temperatures within the limits of Table 3 and Figure 2. Flow velocity in these assemblies shall not exceed 180 ft/s for straight installations. Higher velocities will require special dampening devices.
