This SAE Recommended Practice is established for the purpose of
providing selection tables of tires preferred for application to
machines of future design.
The objective of Tables 1 and 2 is to minimize the number of tire sizes.
Rationale—This standard is obsolete and/or out of date. We have not been able to populate a committee responsible for updating it, so we are cancelling it.
