Anti-Icing and Deicing-Defrosting Fluids
Description / Abstract:
The anti-icing and deicing-defrosting fluids coverd by this
specification are intended for use in removing frost and ice from
the surface of parked aircraft and to prevent the formation of ice
and frost on such surfaces. Types I and II are nearly identical in
deicing ability, however, type I has been shown to be less toxic to
laboratory animals.
